Occupational Therapist (OTR)

At the Center for Pediatric Therapy, occupational therapists help infants and children with a variety of diagnoses, illnesses, and injuries with activities of daily living, feeding, cognitive functions, sensory processing, muscle movement, and coordination dysfunction. Occupational therapists are responsible for evaluating, creating, and implementing individualist and holistic plans of care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. We are looking for an occupational therapist to join our amazing team of highly experienced therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of (4) 8-hour scheduled days in outpatient clinic
  • Perform initial evaluations and create individualized plan of care for patients
  • Carry out individualized plan of care and communicate with caregivers of patients for effective follow through with home exercise programs
  • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust plan of care accordingly
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to provide holistic treatment to each patient
  • Refer patients to other disciplines/services when treatment falls out of the scope of practice of an OT
  • Maintain updated licensure through appropriate amount of continuing education

Qualifications

  • Appropriate degree requirements
  • IN Licensure
  • Pediatric experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others

Speech Therapy

Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)/Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP)

At the Center for Pediatric Therapy, speech language pathologists help infants and children with a variety of diagnoses, illnesses, and injuries improve their overall well-being and increase effective communication. Speech language pathologists are responsible for evaluating, creating, and implementing individualist and holistic plans of care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. We are looking for a speech language pathologist or clinical fellow to join our amazing team of highly experienced therapists.

Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities

  • Work a minimum of (4) 8-hour scheduled days in outpatient clinic
