Favorite thing about CPT:

I am so excited to be part of such an amazing team! I love how much everyone seems to care about their kiddos and cannot wait to join in all of the fun at CPT.

Favorite intervention area:

I love all thing Neuro related. I love trying to figure out how our brain is working with our body in order to help us do the things we want to do.

Why occupational therapy?

I chose OT because it seemed like the perfect way to help people. In occupational therapy, you get to address the skills that make up all of everyday activities and all of our important roles and special activities.

Outside of CPT:

I am married to my high school sweetheart (for almost 15 years!) We have two boys, who are age eight and twelve. Those boys keep me busy doing all of the things. I love spending time with them outdoors as well as supporting them at all of their basketball games and other activities. I volunteer at their schools, church, and with their Scouts.

What I wish more people knew about occupational therapy:

I wish more people knew how expansive our scope of practice is and how we can address more than just arms or hands but how they relate to everything we do and want to do.
