Favorite thing about CPT:

I love how welcoming everyone is at CPT and how evident it is that each therapist puts great effort into giving each child the best care possible.

Favorite intervention area:
My favorite area of practice would have to be both language and pragmatics because I enjoy helping clients improve their communication skills to have meaningful interactions and better connect with others!

Why Speech Therapy?
I chose my discipline because of its versatility and the meaningful impact we have in helping children develop functional communication skills!

What I wish more people knew about Speech Therapy:
SLPs help with more than articulation! SLPs also help clients with language, pragmatics, swallowing, AAC, fluency, voice, literacy, and target many other areas.

Outside of CPT:
In my spare time, I enjoy going on walks with my fiancé, traveling, trying new coffee shops, and spending way too much money at Target!
